ProHire (BermudaDS.ProHire) is a marketplace that connects homeowners and property managers with contractors in Bermuda.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect:

- Job and message content exchanged through the platform.
- Device and usage information needed for security and diagnostics.
- Photos or videos you choose to upload for job posts or portfolios.
3. Device Permissions
ProHire requests the following device permissions only when needed, and you can deny or revoke any of them at any time from your device settings:
- Camera (iOS

You can disable notifications at any time.
You can continue to use other parts of the app if you decline any of these permissions.
4. Payments
Wallet top-ups, invoices, and payouts are processed by our payment provider (PayPal). ProHire does not store full card numbers or banking credentials on our servers. Limited transaction metadata (such as amount, status, and reference) is retained for receipts, dispute resolution, and accounting.
5. How We Use Information
- Provide core marketplace features and account management.
- Enable communication between users about jobs and bids.
- Improve product quality, trust, and platform safety.
- Send operational notifications related to your account or activity.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, hosting, messaging, analytics, and payment-related infrastructure), subject to appropriate safeguards.

We retain data only as long as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information.

- You can manage app permissions from your device settings at any time.
- You can request account deletion from within the app or by contacting support.
- You can request account support through ProHire channels.
9. Children’s Privacy
ProHire is intended for users 18 years of age or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
10. Tracking
ProHire does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and we do not share your data with third-party advertising networks or data brokers for advertising purposes.
